WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

Symbiont Group is currently looking for an experienced Email and Marketing Automation Specialist to join our growing digital marketing team. 

In this role, you will drive digital marketing success by creating, managing, executing, and analyzing our email campaigns, drip campaigns and lead nurturing campaigns on behalf of Symbiont Group’s clients. 

We expect that you’re self-motivated, highly organized, and excited to deliver high quality work on time, every time.

RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Work with marketing team to create and execute marketing automation campaigns that support their marketing objectives
  • Create and execute email marketing, drip campaign and lead nurturing campaign workflows
  • Work with the marketing team to configure lead capture forms and emails optimized for performance
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
  • Analyze KPIs and advise the marketing team of opportunities to improve and optimize campaign performance
  • Standardize, clean, and upload contact lists within email/marketing automation platforms
SKILLS
  • Strong experience developing, managing and reporting on automated marketing campaigns
  • Strong experience configuring drip campaign and lead nurturing workflows using marketing automation platforms
  • Experience with email marketing best practices and testing techniques
  • Willingness to work in a start-up style environment on multiple projects with quick deadlines
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, and/or marketing
  • 3+ years of experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Act-On or MailChimp to develop landing pages and forms
  • 2+ years of experience working with CRM platforms such as Salesforce
  • Strong experience with email marketing best practices and testing techniques
  • Experience with Google Analytics including tagging strategy and UTM parameters
