We are looking for an individual who is a self starter and able to manage the front desk and work with other employees when needed. You would
work directly with the Executive Assistant for the CIO and pick up any work she may need assistance with. 

*Welcomes employees and guests upon arrival. 

*Answers and directs calls to appropriate parties. 

*Maintain security badges of all incoming and outgoing employees. 

*Maintain a safe and clean reception area. 

*Maintain and order all office supplies. 

*Assist in monthly events planning with EA. 

*Conference room management 

*Assist with scheduling
Making sure conference rooms are clean and orderly.

*Cleaning off whiteboards. 

*Overseeing all aspects of our office from interacting with Executives and interviewees to making sure the kitchen is fully stocked.
