In the first 12 months, you will:

More broadly, you’ll be a part of the team that helps lead the rest of the company to a new architectural paradigm with a new set of technologies and a new set of approaches.

To accomplish this, you will need:

• Very strong client-side JavaScript programming skills with a bias towards UI frameworks such as React.
• Familiar with a variety of modern front end technologies including ES2015 (ES6), React, Redux, Webpack and Babel.
• Self-motivation enabling you to deliver working software with minimal supervision.
• A high degree of intellectual curiosity and fearless attitude when it comes to learning new technologies and processes. You should be both open to learn from others and willing to mentor and teach.
• Strong communication skills, enabling you to work with a diverse team in a variety of locations across the world.
• Experience with back-end development in Java is definitely a plus.

What do you need to bring?

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Computer or Information Science, Mathematics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, or equivalent experience.
• 2+ years of experience with client-side JavaScript. Proficiency with functional programming techniques is highly desirable.
• 2+ years of experience delivering successful web application projects.
• Interest in and willingness to learn new technologies and products.
