- BRANDING & SOCIAL MEDIA AT IMC
- As the Global Brand Strategist you will drive and own the social media agenda within IMC to build awareness among target audiences and support the attraction and engagement of graduate and experienced hires. This will include the coordination of content development and management of regional social media representatives. You will;
Work with leaders to achieve consensus on the brand positioning to be supported by social media activity;
Set high level quarterly strategic communication priorities for all IMC owned social media channels and tactical implementation for these priorities (channel planning);
Establish a messaging framework based on brand positioning to be agreed on with the Leadership team;
Set quarterly communications KPIs and metrics in collaboration with key stakeholders to meet the needs of the business in supporting recruiting efforts and business growth;
Develop a monthly communications calendar based on the quarterly framework with key messages and tactical implementation across key digital and social channels (including social media publishing schedule, content creation and curation);
Effectively manage the regional social media coordinators responsible for assisting with the implementation of the strategy. Provide leadership and guidance setting objectives and capturing and identifying content requirements;
Offer input on external recruiting and marketing events to optimize all opportunities to promote IMC and capture content to amplify their message;
Liaise with third party vendors and agency partners to create content, write briefs, and ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.

Experience commissioning and developing engaging content for brands;
Ability to communicate effectively and persuasively (written and verbally) to stakeholders at all levels, from the most junior employee to Partner level;
Expert knowledge of the use and best practices of digital platforms from eCRM to social media;
Willingness to travel – this role will involve regular travel to our offices across Europe, APAC and North America;
Ability to write compelling and engaging copy within brand guidelines;
5+ years experience in senior roles within media / journalism, communications, advertising or public relations with solid examples of your work;
Demonstrated success managing a team of 3-4+;
Experience working with global brands at an Executive level. Prior experience working with financial services companies highly desirable;
Agency experience will be highly regarded;
Bachelor’s degree required (in Communications, Journalism, Business, Finance, Economics). Masters or Doctoral qualifications in these or related disciplines highly regarded;
