Global Client Solutions Consultant
Overview:
In partnership with Publicis Communications’s MSLGroup, Performics has recently launched a unique industry product offering called Conversation2Commerce (C2C). This new, global offering is designed to distribute earned / 3rd party influencer content at scale via programmatic and e-Commerce channels, retargeting engagements with a brand-specific ad unit and then measuring response to drive performance against brand-specific KPIs. The Global Client Solutions Consultant plays a leadership role in selling, implementing and reporting on C2C campaigns in a consultative manner, working in partnership with other C2C leaders and media activation teams. This position reports directly to the VP, Global Business Development and is located in Chicago; however, the Director will be working with teams across global markets in addition to the US.
Role Objectives:
- In conjunction with other C2C leaders, prepare and present client-specific sales materials that demonstrate the benefits of C2C and how it works within a client’s current performance media plan
- Partner with Publicis global client account leads to share best practices and product updates as necessary
- Participate with other C2C leaders to create and manage against a product roadmap
- Upon client approval, consult with the media activation and analytics teams to ensure optimal execution of C2C campaigns, from the initial set-up, to the final reporting of results. Specifically, this position will:
- Ensure proper media strategy inclusive of programmatic and retargeting approaches
- Ensure proper analytics/measurement plan for C2C campaigns (test) vs. non-C2C campaigns (control)
- Review regular campaign reports to ensure campaign performance and optimizations are on-track
- Review final campaign reports and distill the results in a “client-friendly” presentation format
- Work with Performics financial and/or legal contacts to steward the development of MSAs, Contracts and Scope of Work documents upon client approval of C2C
- Manage the sales pipeline and reporting functions on a monthly and quarterly basis
Minimum Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing campaign strategy, activation and measurement
- Programmatic, retargeting and e-Commerce experience
- Solid understanding of campaign measurement and the ability to work in partnership with analytic leads
- Direct client service experience inclusive of formal client presentations and effective relationship management
- Must have strong attention to detail
- Willingness to work outside of traditional US business hours as necessary
- Comfort in playing different roles as necessary and working across multiple clients and agency teams
- Ability to successfully manage many projects and tasks at any given time
- Self-starter, entrepreneurial spirit, proactive and takes initiative
- Desire to partner with others on the deployment and development of a product service offering
- Must be able to work collaboratively and effectively with all levels of staff including senior management
- Global client / business experience is a plus
- Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university; MBA or other Master’s degree a plus
