We need a self-managed, go-getter with an overwhelming attention to detail and ability to understand complex enterprise SaaS technology products. If you are looking to take marching orders, this position is not for you. If you are a creative visionary who is also able to execute exceptional design work for a fast growing company, we want to hear from you!

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design, build and manage all print and digital creative brand assets, including but not limited to infographics, powerpoint decks, iconography, business cards, website pages and user interface design, e-mail templates, social media graphics, and print or digital display ads.

  • Collaborate closely with key stakeholders, including executive leadership to visually design and execute their vision. Manage deliverable timelines, clearly communicate dependencies, and manage expectations of team and manager.
  • Understand the technical implementation of digital creative, working within platform constraints (wordpress, email marketing, software integrated into the website), and also creatively problem-solving to work around these constraints to enhance site/user experience.
  • Contribute to marketing and creative strategy. Turn ideas into presentable concepts and translate those concepts into design recommendations that achieve simplicity, despite the inherent complexity of technology being supported.

Skills and Qualifications

At least 3 years of print/graphic design and web/digital design:

  • Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, etc.) and Microsoft Office. Sktech is a plus.
  • Formal college degree is not a requirement as long as you can demonstrate a strong portfolio featuring design work that showcases print collateral, powerpoint decks, infographic development, and web design.
  • Strong understanding of best-in-class user-interface deliverables, user centered design and usability principles, as well as web standards, responsive design, and cross-browser compatibility. Experience optimizing images and web pages for optimal user experience.

Hands-on knowledge and understanding of:

  • Development of HTML/CSS that matches a Photoshop design layout, and thorough understanding of how mock-ups translate to code.
  • Experience creating innovative social campaign creative, landing pages optimized for conversion and lead generation, dynamic display ads and mobile-friendly email templates.
  • Current web mark-up or scripting languages and libraries is a plus - XHTML/HTML5, CSS/CSS3, JavaScript and jQuery.
  • Illustration skill is nice to have

Understanding of and/or experience developing an enterprise SaaS brand:

  • Careful attention to detail, and ability to grasp complex, nuanced product and technical requirements
  • User-centered designer who has a passion for creating exceptional user experiences, understands b2b customer and website behavior, and can translate qualitative and quantitative data into useful and usable experiences

Leadership mentality and entrepreneurial spirit is a must:

  • Looking for someone who is self-managed while able to work collaboratively in team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills, strict attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities. Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • We move fast and are in a state of hyper growth. We need someone flexible to ever-changing processes and excited by a rapidly evolving business model.
