We enable our customers to better attribute, route, personalize, and manage their voice interactions at each stage of the marketing and sales processes. We are pushing the bounds of what is possible with call attribution and conversion and we are actively looking for a Growth Hacker to join our Marketing team in Chicago.
Main responsibilities of role:
Obsess every day on how to use analysis, creativity and partnerships with other departments to develop marketing programs to accelerate lead gen and customer acquisition
Think outside of the box to identify new ways for our target audience to find us online, learn about our solutions, and engage with our brand
Develop and execute SEM, SEO and display media strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, and leads
Generate insights from analysis across all marketing channels -- search, organic and paid social, mobile, web, email -- and develop actionable steps to improve lead flow and conversion
Lead the delivery of website behavioral analysis, including performance trends, click stream activity and overall recommendations for optimizing the online customer experience
Conduct experiments within a rigorous A/B testing framework. Recommend and implement changes small and large that have a big impact on growth
Skills required:
7-10 years experience in SEM, SEO, display campaign management or related roles
A complete understanding that borderlines obsession with SEO, SEM and digital marketing in general
Strong problem solver, blending creative and analytical skills to solve challenging and complex problems
Power user of Google Analytics, Optimizely, Moz and similar tools, as well as WordPress, CRM and marketing automation platforms
Demonstrated success improving marketing performance with measurable results
High-performing self-starter with a proven ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively with cross-departmental teams
Able to effectively juggle multiple priorities within a fast-paced environment, making timely decisions
