ActiveCampaign is a quickly growing SaaS company. We’ve built an integrated marketing & sales platform for companies of all sizes. We are known as the easiest to use solution on the market and offering the best support experience.
Over the past couple years, the buzz around our platform has been growing. On the marketing team especially, there is a sense of urgency to capitalize on that goodwill. To excel here, you’ll need to be a driven, self-motivated person who can produce great work, quickly.

This is a cross-fuctional role, but your focus will be executing new growth-oriented initiatives. You’ll play an important part in introducing ActiveCampaign to new users and amplifying our presence in the marketplace through a wide variety of campaigns.
Your typical day might consist of:
  • You'll craft a scalable promotional strategy tied to the growth goals of the company. You’ll find ways to reach new customers and strengthen our relationship with existing customers.
  • You’ll help promote major product releases by communicating the value, uses, and benefits of those features for the end user.
  • You’ll identify innovative ways to encourage user referrals and word-of-mouth exposure.
  • You’ll work with our design team to create visuals, and you’ll write copy, for campaigns in a variety of channels and formats. You’ll be focused on ROI (not branding).
  • Designing and analyzing split tests to optimize ads, landing pages, and various web pages.
  • You’ll generate internal resources guiding our team on important value points, differentiating factors, and proven positioning statements, for our major market segments.
  • As needed, you’ll help with a wide variety of marketing-related tasks including: email campaigns, copy, user resources, assets for our sales team, and whatever else needs to be done.
  • Creating content that can be posted to our blog or downloaded. 
You’ll need:
  • Experience in the SaaS industry is required, with experience in the ESP or CRM space strongly preferred.
  • Examples of how you optimized campaigns to transform low-performers into a high-converting winners through optimization.
  • A strong analytics background. You’ll need to be comfortable analyzing large amounts of data to measure results and make decisions.
  • Examples of ads and other marketing materials that demonstrate your ability to communicate powerful marketing messages succinctly.
  • A strong work ethic. You’ll need to balance quality and productivity to produce your best work in the least time possible.
