Vibes is looking for an experienced marketing leader with B2B demand generation and field marketing experience. In this position, you will be responsible for creating innovative direct marketing campaigns including webinars, email, events, third-party programs etc. to generate qualified sales leads. This position is ideal for a hands-on individual who can take projects from concept to implementation, and has a proven track record of simultaneously managing and delivering multiple successful lead generation campaigns. This is a hands-on role, requiring project management, cross-team collaboration, and excellent analytical skills. You'll work with other specialists within the Marketing Team to drive integrated marketing programs.

This position reports into the Chief Marketing Officer and is based out of Chicago, IL or San Francisco, CA.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with the CMO, Sales, and Customer Success to develop and implement high-impact, multi-channel marketing strategies to generate demand and grow our customer base
- Create high-performing, repeatable programs which blend traditional and innovative marketing strategies to deliver measurable results aligned to a thoughtful demand generation strategy
- Partner and work collaboratively with Sales Development teams to ensure we have the right target audience and the right programs to effectively reach that audience. Proactively get feedback to iterate, repeat, and improve programs
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders including the sales, creative and product teams to assure programs meet business objectives
- Continuously measure and communicate effectiveness of marketing programs, leveraging data to improve on methods of driving demand, revenue and to further brand recognition
- Execute demand generation programs that use a mix of email, online marketing, PPC, webinars and event-based campaigns to drive marketing leads
- Build effective lead nurturing programs to build and accelerate pipeline using Marketo marketing automation software and Salesforce.com
Requirements & Qualifications:
Our ideal candidate has done something like this before – and done it successfully. Ideally, you are also strategic, creative, organized, and resourceful with high integrity.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business or related field
- 5-7 years experience in a demand generation role, ideally in Enterprise and/or Mobile/SaaS products
- Ability to anticipate issues, quickly and effectively execute changes and strategically plan to achieve results
- Ability to drive process and influence cross-functional teams to meet objectives while building strong relationships
- Willingness to travel (~20%)

- Marketing automation software experience (Marketo a plus)
- Familiarity with Salesforce.com
