What you will contribute:
  • Career development- Ensuring every employee is progressing, both professionally and personally
  • Recruitment- Optimizing ReviewTrackers’ recruitment and onboarding process to ensure it is efficient and memorable. Work closely with internal recruiting team to identify and attract outstanding talent across all functional areas. Help manage the process of recruiting, evaluating, formulating offers, closing and hiring candidates.
  • Retention-Using your experience and processes, you will ensure our employees are onboarded and groomed to their full potential. You understand the importance of retaining good employees and have the experience to prove it.
  • Culture-helping the company sustain and build upon its culture and core values through hyper growth. Partner with senior leadership to effectively architect, scale, and develop the rapidly growing and changing organization
  • Build and oversee all aspects of our People function in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Offer thought leadership regarding organizational and people-related strategy and execution.
  • Provide insightful data to guide decision making and provide proactive solutions.Provide expertise in the following areas: career planning, performance management, coaching, data analysis, compensation and rewards, employee relations, learning and development, recognition programs, and strategic development

You have:
  • 3-5 years HR or People Operations related experience within high-growth technology startups
  • Experience with staffing and talent acquisition.
  • You believe that attracting great talent belongs to everyone at the company.

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
