WHO WE NEED

The Finance Team is responsible for accounting, finance, treasury and procurement operations at Outcome Health. The team works to develop financial operations and infrastructure to stay ahead of the 250%+ growth of our company. We look for individuals who are highly collaborative, analytical and excited to take on new challenges every day.

The Procurement Director will wake up every day to ensure the most efficient delivery of products and services to our company. This individual will be the primary commercial contact for our supply chain and strategic sourcing relationships. Procurement activities will include identification of product and service availability, developing and leading negotiation and sourcing strategies while partnering with our product, supply chain and business team members to support our business and technology roadmap. The Procurement Director will work with the supply chain team to challenge the status-quo of our operations and look for various opportunities to deliver more cost efficient and high quality solutions to Outcome Health. This will require collaboration with our Finance, Supply Chain and Product teams to engage in cost modeling, on-time delivery, cost productivity, supply chain redundancy, SLA standards and performance, competitive benchmarking and RFx processes.

We are looking for a leader who is excited to own procurement execution end to end at Outcome Health. This individual will need a competitive drive to delivery the best outcomes along with extensive experience in negotiation/contracting and creative problem solving. The role will require exceptional communication skills to properly interface with partners and sell the value of working with Outcome Health. Demonstrated results of improving supply chain and supplier performance, including the use of cost models and objective based performance measures, in both ODM and OEM environments along with experience working with Chinese manufacturing and supply chain partners preferred.
