We are looking for a Head of Product Management
We are seeking a Head of Product Management who has strong expertise in managing the creation and deployment of industry-leading software products. This individual also needs to be a leader who can manage and develop other product managers, each who handles individual products. Your core responsibility will be to create a product management organization to advance the each platform that powers Keeper’s consumer and B2B lines of business which services consumers and businesses globally. You’ll also be charged with building a roadmap to support future product growth and feature enhancement initiatives. We’ll rely on you to create best practices for product management and product strategy. You’ll play a key role in helping guide product design, requirements and communicating with Marketing to foster successful product launches and updates. You will be a critical part of our team, processes, and culture.

- Drive the product development process from creating the vision to delivering great products - this also extends to making sure the products you help bring to market are promoted through collaborative marketing efforts.
- You can build and lead a brilliant, driven team of Product Managers who can bring ideas to life through exceptional preparation and flawless execution.
- You build strongly collaborative environments with people across the organization.
- You have experience with modern forms of product planning, customer / product discovery and Agile development.
- You can inspire and motivate people to be their best, strive for perfection and execute deliverables by key dates.
- You have excellent skills in stakeholder management and communication.
- You’ve built learning organizations that are able to incorporate new ideas based on data and challenge the status quo.
- You’ve created a symbiotic working relationship with technology teams.
- You can manage multi-channel digital platforms successfully.
- Have an entrepreneurial mindset and are biased toward intuitive design and execution.
- Minimum 10+ years of product management experience; with 5+ years running a product management organization in a software company for a leading set of products in your respective industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree (MBA or graduate degree preferred) in product management.
- Ability to establish strong personal connections, foster relationships, cultivate and inspire a team.
- Ability to attract, hire, and retain Top Talent.
