Who we are looking for:

The ideal EVP of Sales candidate will define NowSecure’s go to market strategy, develop a repeatable and scalable sales process and lead the sales team. You will align the long-term corporate strategy to sales execution, ensuring NowSecure has the direction, information, resources and support to successfully scale the company.  You have built and lead a sales organization targeting mid-size and large enterprises throughout the world as well as technology and channel partners. You will have experience as a key member of Senior Staff participating in  overall strategy for the company.

Essential Functions:

  • Create and implement a repeatable sales process for both prospects and to expand at existing customers
  • Lead the strategy to identify and develop key technology and channel partners.
  • Audit, track, and control all revenue generation activities through Salesforce
  • Perform appropriate Pipeline Management activities to ensure profitable revenue targets will be achieved and to determine, in advance, the level of risk to obtaining desired goals and what adjustments should be made to accelerate revenue
  • Collaborate with the Marketing to create and implement marketing initiatives that support the revenue acceleration plan
  • Work with the executive team to continually improve the alignment of each functional group to support the Go To Market Strategy
  • Cultivate, hire, and manage sales talent in alignment with the revenue acceleration plan

Job Requirements and Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of experience managing sales and/or business development teams in Enterprise revenue cycle
  • 5+ years of Executive level sales and business development responsibility
  • Experience speaking in public relations setting
  • Work experience within large and small business
  • Develop and execute “Go To Market” strategy
  • Success building and running inside and outside sales teams
  • Success in building channel partnerships
  • Success in developing and supporting resellers
  • Developing Pricing strategies
  • Significant experience engaging customers, funneling product feedback intoProduct Strategy team
  • Experience scaling a enterprise tech startup
  • Travel as needed
  • Senior staff with input to overall company strategy

Knowledge, skills and abilities:

  • Proven track record of revenue growth achievement
  • Significant successes in recruiting and cultivating sales talent
  • Excellent communication skills

Preferred:

  • BS or BA degree from accredited university in business, finance, economics, or related degree required
  • MBA preferred
  • Ability to gain access into the C-suite of the IT and/or Security organization.

Our headquarters are located in the Chicago Loop, standing at the foot of the busy LaSalle Street canyon. Our office is located in an art deco-style skyscraper with a pinnacle statue of Ceres, Chicago's tallest building from 1930 to 1965. Easy access to great restaurants and rooftop views!
