HR & Talent Acquisition Manager
LearnCore is looking for a smart and ambitious HR & talent acquisition professional who will be responsible for shaping a stand out team and driving company culture at a high growth SaaS company. The ideal candidate will have experience recruiting and serving in an HR generalist capacity within a fast-paced environment. They are driven by working with bright individuals in an innovative environment and are not afraid to roll up their sleeves.
The role is responsible for leading and implementing human resources initiatives supporting business objectives and drive a diverse range of strategic HR efforts, including: recruitment, talent assessment, learning and development, performance management, succession planning, manager development, employee engagement, and growth.
HR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement best practices of HR strategies in regard to talent acquisition & retention, benefits, record management, succession planning, on-boarding, employee relations and compliance
- Administer performance review & employee satisfaction process semi-annually
- Assist with documentation & communication for performance plans
- Coach internal team on best practices for performance management, engagement, on-boarding etc…
- Coordinate and oversee new hire on-boarding
- Benefit administration for healthcare, transit program and 401
- Payroll & deduction management
- Compliance- labor laws, I-9 verification, exempt/non-exempt
- Manage insurance broker relationships
- Create and modify company policies & procedures
TALENT ACQUISITION RESPONSIBILITIES
- Create job postings & manage candidates in ATS
- Partner with department leads to understand staffing needs
- Source talent & conduct phone screens; coordinate additional interviews
REQUIREMENTS
- 4+ years in an HR generalist & recruiting role
- Bachelor’s degree
- SHRM or PHR certification preferred
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience managing full cycle technical recruiting
- Knowledge of Paycor or other payroll systems and best practices
- Proficiency in all Microsoft Office tools, particularly Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Experience working with individuals at various levels of an organization and ability to balance various stakeholder needs
- Highly organized with a focus on details and a sense of urgency to meet deadlines
- Able to take initiative and provide direct feedback to executive team
- Demonstrates a commitment to acquiring new capabilities

Pay: $50,000-$70,000 (DOE)
