We’re a team of smart, business minded, hands-on HR pros. Our People Resources Associates are true business partners embedded and integrated into Enova’s business teams collaborating with client managers to support their people to deliver results. Our PRAs execute client specific projects derived from their understanding of client needs of what it takes to maintain Enova’s competitive advantage plus work on Enova firm wide projects. We think strategically, make an impact, all to maximize the capabilities and results of our teams and company. Each PRA supports 25 to 50 managers on a broad range of needs from performance management and development to compensation and associate relations aimed at keeping engagement high. We also make sure our business partners are well supported with programs led by our teammates in Talent Management and Benefits.
This is where YOU come in:
You will be responsible for the ongoing rhythm of performance management programs working with your clients throughout goal setting, individual development, talent reviews, and feedback. You will need expert communication and facilitation, as well as knowhow in Excel to manage our processes and work on individual plans. Competitive compensation is a must so you’ll work on compensation administration, budgeting, and total compensation analysis to make sure meaningful rewards get in the hands of our top talent. You will partner with management on associate development and associate relations, query and generate reports, conduct analysis and provide recommendations – real business partnering! You will also oversee and enhance established policies and procedures, collaborate with small teams and/or co-lead various projects associated with improving Enova.
You’re right for this job if you have:
A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business or related field; or equivalent experience.
At least 5 years professional human resources experience with results being a business partner in a high demand, high output role with a demonstrated track record of success as an integrated member of a business team.
At least 3 years of experience working in a non-exempt environment, call center environment preferred.
Strong technical/analytical skills with an ability to manipulate data in Excel and knowledge of formulas and pivot tables.
Demonstrated capability to drive projects forward to completion and then execute.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including group presentation skills, persuasion and negotiations.
Effectively managed sensitive and confidential communications and materials.
Ability to positively interact and effectively communicate with business clients.
Microsoft Office Suite proficiency; Word, PowerPoint, Excel.
Knowledgeable in State (IL) and Federal employment laws.
