ROLE DESCRIPTION:

Responsible for assessing technical issues and developing system solutions for the deployment and the ongoing support of cloud based products and solutions.  This may include support of the customer during initial assessment and design phase of the implementation, and throughout the life cycle of the customer engagement.

EXPECTATIONS AND TASKS:

• Designing the technical configuration for a cloud based solution
• Creating technical solutions and product changes
• Assessment of customer systems
• Designing solution to facilitate cloud integration
• Detailed planning of process implementation
• Support or maintain project plan for technical work stream
• Manage technical performance expectations
• Advisor to customers throughout the engagement
• Active role in escalated projects
• Active role for system optimization

WORK EXPERIENCE:

• Functional Experience
  • Advisor in questions of SAP cloud technology and good knowledge in at least one more
  • Planning and leading of technical implementation projects
  • Plans and reviews concepts and detailed blueprints of IT projects
  • Consulting experience, ideally in the Cloud business
  • Task Oriented deployment
  • Client understanding
  • Methodology and Tools Overview
  • Min 3 years of job relevant experience
  • English: Fluent

EDUCATION AND QUALIFICATION / SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES:

• Degree in sciences (computer, natural, technical) or equivalent work experience
