The Implementation team is responsible for working directly with clients to launch new programs and oversee the implementation of the Velocity Platform. As such, members of the Implementation team have a talent for project management, making interactions count, working proactively with multiple teams, and finding new ways to better serve clients and colleagues. Reporting to the Director of Client Success Implementation, the Implementation Coordinator will:

 

Responsibilities

·       Support multiple implementations simultaneously, including client Configuration & Provisioning efforts.

·       Assist the Implementation Manager document technical requirements, client solutions paths, and streamline processes.

·       Adhere to contractual timeline obligations

·       Keep all internal & external implementation timelines up to date

·       Track and keep up to date all project plans detailing tasks, milestones and deadlines from initial kick off call to launch target

·       Utilize internal Project Management Tool to log and track required Development & Design tasks

·       Coordinate kick-off calls, recurring meetings, and status updates with client and assigned Client Success Managers throughout launch

·       Provide Client Success Managers with necessary implementation information for ongoing client support.

·       Identify and document Client enhancement requirements during the on-boarding process, assessing the ability to deliver within scope of launch timelines

·       Fully provision Velocity directories for successful and timely launch

·       Coordinate with Performance and Platform Operations teams to establish client reporting dashboards and ongoing KPI tracking

Qualifications

·       Minimum 2 years client or account support, project coordinator, account management, or operations experience.

·       Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.

·       Excellent verbal and written communication skills

·       The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly

·       Ability to work independently and proactively

·       Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills

·       Project management skills / User story creation

·       Preferred:  experience using a project management tool such as Basecamp or JIRA
