Are you looking to join a dynamic, rapidly growing Technology Company? The Implementation team is responsible for working directly with clients to launch new campaigns and oversee the implementation of the Velocity Platform. As such, members of the Implementation team have a talent for project management, making interactions count, working proactively with multiple teams, and finding new ways to better serve clients and colleagues. 

Reporting to the Director of Client Success Implementation, the Implementation Manager will:

  • Oversee all new client Configuration & Provisioning efforts
  • Manage multiple Tier I client onboardings simultaneously
  • Responsible for working with client success, product, tech and sales teams in a cross functional role
  • Lead onsite kick off meetings with all new clients
  • Own all onboarding efforts for Land + Expand clients
  • Create master business requirements documentation for all onboardings in flight and be able to identify and assess risk throughout implementation
  • Work with Client Success leadership throughout onboarding to standardize, streamline and shorten processes
  • Align all internal departments on implementation and ensure internal timelines are being met
  • Keep company apprised of overall status of all launches in flight
  • Adhere to contractual timeline obligations
  • Create and update internal & external implementation timelines
  • Develop project plans detailing tasks, milestones and deadlines from initial kick off to target launch
  • Utilize internal Project Management Tools to oversee required Development & Design tasks
  • Identify and document Client enhancement requirements during the on-boarding process, assessing the ability to deliver within scope of launch timelines
  • Fully provision Velocity directories for successful and timely launch
  • Coordinate with Client Success Managers to establish client reporting dashboard and ongoing KPI tracking
  • Work directly with Client Success Managers to establish training collateral and job aid material

 

Qualifications

  • Minimum 4 years project management experience.  Digital marketing or technology environment preferred.  
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, Marketing or related field.
  • Excellent professional verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with project management tools, preferably JIRA or Basecamp
  • The ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment and prioritize projects accordingly
  • The ability to work across internal department teams
  • Proficient in Excel
  • Natural leadership and organizations skills
  • Natural ability to think strategically and proactively
  • Strong Project management skills / User story creation
  • Thrives in a fast-paced environment
