G2 Crowd is looking for a hard-working and dedicated Implementation Specialist who will work with customers post-sale and lead them through the onboarding process. The Implementation Specialist should have a high-level of professionalism, attention to detail, and excellent phone skills.

Responsibilities:

• Walk customers through an outlined onboarding process and advise on best methods to take full advantage of G2 Crowd services
• Manage a portfolio of accounts with varying project statuses
• Form strong relationships with customers via email and telephone and work to keep them fully engaged throughout the onboarding process until completion
• Track and report on metrics like customer adoption and engagement
• Help to continually improve the implementation process through experimentation and expertise
