ActiveCampaign is quickly becoming a leader in marketing automation and intelligence. We're growing at a substantial rate due to our product and support offerings. The implementation specialist has an overarching goal of quickly engaging clients from a technical angle. As a branch of customer experience - implementation services cover migration services, integrations, and soon to come “build it for me services”. This is a new role and has great room for growth.
What you will do... - Guide clients via specialized onboarding
- Optimize user experience (documentation, content, education) with integrations.
- Work cross functionally (Dev, Support Teams, Marketing)
- Ensure clients complete required technical setup(s)
- Develop an implementation process/followup procedures.
- Research and determine integrations with highest impact.
- Support and educate success, specialists, and sales teams.
- 2+ years in an implementation-based role.
- Data and process driven.
- Ability to develop a strategy and drive implementation.
- Great communication/consultancy skills.
- Self starter and solution driver.
- Customer service mindset.
- Proficient in small business marketing solutions (Wordpress, Leadpages, Zapier, Shopify,etc).
- Mapped the integration landscape (top use cases, apps, etc).
- Collaborated with team(s) focused on migrations and implementation processes.
- Documented best practices for integrations.
- Developed a reporting mechanism for integration user activity.
- Established relationships with internal resources/teams.
