Tasks you’ll be juggling

• Own the information architecture and workflows across our Experience Builder platform. Collaborate effectively with the Product Manager to deliver above stakeholder expectations
• Collaborate with Product Managers, UX Designers and business stakeholders to assist in the definition of information architecture and nomenclature across all Kapow platforms
• Collaborate with UX Designers and produce design ready wireframes and flows
• Along with the Product Manger, collaborate on User Acceptance Testing to ensure developer implementations align with intended wireframes
• Lead and assist Product team members and business stakeholders in conducting end user research (interviews, usability testing, etc.)
• Prepare research and usability result reports and effectively present to key stakeholders
• Work with teams to make sure that the information architecture reflects customers and venue partners needs balanced with Kapow business requirements
• Own the various Kapow customer and partner personas and continually review and evolve based on the changing business and competitive landscape
• Influence, create and maintain a visual style, patterns and best practices for web and mobile clients

Your creds

Required Skills/Qualifications:

• 5+ years Information Architecture / Usability Management experience
• Mastery of prototyping / design software such as Axure, OmniGraffle, Balsamiq, InVision, etc.
• Documented success in developing high-functioning information architecture and flows
• Adoption of and adherence to an iterative design process
• Baseline knowledge of front and back-end software architecture
• Degree in design, human-computer interactions, or related field
• Adobe Creative Cloud experience a plus
