In this position you will be helping interested motorists select and purchase parking. We have many motorists visit our website to learn about our offerings, and when they call us they are eager to learn more and get assistance with their purchase. In addition to taking these inbound calls, you will spend part of your time following up with customers via outbound calls and emails.

• Assist inbound callers with questions, product recommendations, and purchasing
• Respond to customer inquiries via email
• Sales conducted over the phone and via email
• No cold calling, lead generation, and outside sales required

• Minimum 3 years sales experience
• You're a solutions based problem solver who respects their customers
• Helpful, positive, upbeat personality
• A professional demeanor with a passion for selling
• Outstanding communicator - verbal and written
• You're articulate and never at a loss for words - talking with customers is second nature
• Great writer - accurately and quickly put communications together
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office related products, Google Docs, Google Analytics and experience with Salesforce.com or similar Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools
