Inside Sales Consultant

Hireology is currently looking for an Inside Sales Consultant. This individual will handle the full sales cycle from calling on warm leads with established brand partnerships, to running demos and webinars, to closing and activating accounts. We need driven, sales-minded individuals that are experienced with quickly building relationships and closing opportunities. This individual will garner unparalleled experience in working for an early stage business and performance will be rewarded with advancement opportunities. This role provides base as well as incentive pay.
Responsibilities
Qualify warm leads with established brand relationships building prospecting and target lists
Full focus on franchise partnerships, conducting meetings with executives of franchise systems
Conducting online product demonstrations and webinars
Closing opportunities with prospecting accounts
Creating adoption plan with corporate contacts/franchise
Building prospecting and target lists
Qualifications
Pathological optimism and a can't-lose attitude, with a healthy dose of reality
A bachelor's degree
At least 2-3+ years of successful direct sales experience in a B2B environment, preferably in the staffing, HR, or technology market
