Inside Sales Manager

As the Sales Manager you will responsible for developing and managing a team of Inside Sales Account Executives as well as assisting with recruiting, hiring, and training the new Inside Sales Account Executives.

Responsibilities
Reporting to the CEO, the Inside Sales Manager will have the following responsibilities:

· Lead the goal and appointment setting process for the Inside Sales Team. Manage this process in Salesforce;
· Day to day management and coaching of inside sales team;
· Create/enhance existing documents for training and sales collateral for the Inside Sales Team;
· Work with the management team to develop regular tracking and reporting of key performance metrics and translate these metrics into recommendations;
· Monitor and measure activities of the team;
· Motivate team to achieve quotas and increase quality of leads;
· Help identify new, qualified sources of leads for inside sales team;
· Achieve monthly and annual sales goals; and
· Identify opportunities to improve effectiveness and efficiencies with processes, tools, product offerings and employees.
Requirements
· 5-7 years+ previous experience growing and managing a team of Inside Sales Execs (ideally for a SaaS-based business, recruitment focus is a bonus);
· Strong knowledge of Salesforce;
· Experience creating and delivering sales pitches and presentations to improve sales effectiveness;
· Proven track record of working with both colleagues and supervisors;
· Good knowledge of technology and recruitment trends;
· Self-motivated with a strong team-oriented attitude;
· Excellent presentation and delivery skills;
· Excellent oral and written communication skills;
· Clearly demonstrated organizational and time management skills
· Ability to prioritize and balance multiple, on-going projects; and
· Ability to balance long-term strategic goals with short-term execution.
