We’re looking for an interactive art director who’s ready to make the web a more user-friendly place — one well-designed experience at a time. This is the perfect position for an experienced web designer who enjoys coming up with big-picture concepts, is a UI / UX design maestro, and can comfortably navigate the world of code.  

As part of our Design & Content team, you’ll concept designs and create interactive experiences that achieve our B2B clients’ objectives and foster best practices. Your primary responsibility will be designing and directing interactive projects that include websites, web and mobile apps, digital advertising and customer journey campaigns. And you’ll also get to tackle plenty of challenging projects for print and video.

Working closely with our associate creative director, you’ll lead a team of designers, copywriters, developers and production specialists to develop creative concepts that align with customer strategies and industry best practices, and then bring those concepts to life. In this fast-paced environment, you’ll flex your skills to create compelling, user-friendly projects — and we promise you’ll never be bored.

• 5+ years of experience, preferably in an agency environment
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field
• Prior B2B experience preferred
• Proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign)
• Experience with front end development: HTML5, CSS3 (JQuery / JavaScript / AngularJS a plus)
• Expert in responsive design, site architecture, wireframing, rapid prototyping, and user testing
• Able to design across many different mediums: web, video, print, etc.
• Excellent typography skills for print and screen a must
• Web and mobile app design experience in an agile environment highly preferred
• Understanding of modular and atomic web design, and cross-platform and cross-browser compatibility preferred
• Familiarity with CMS systems (WordPress, Ektron, etc.) a plus
