Rise Interactive (http://www.riseinteractive.com), a rapidly growing full service interactive advertising agency, is looking to hire a Senior Internet Marketing Consultant, Analytics. We are looking for a detail-oriented, highly motivated and tenacious individual that is excited about getting involved in an entrepreneurial company with an expanding Fortune 500 client base. The Senior Internet Marketing Consultant for our Analytics team will be performing analysis of client campaigns and web analytics data to improve optimization across all interactive channels.
Summary and Scope
The Senior Internet Marketing Consultant for our Analytics team will be performing analysis of client campaigns and web analytics data to improve optimization across all interactive channels. This individual must have strong analytical skills, high level proficiency with excel and macros/VBA, and exhibit an overall sense of urgency and client focus through all activities.

- Performs measurement, analysis and reporting of web and campaign performance metrics from Omniture and Google Analytics
- Understanding of SEM campaign and site optimization strategies
- Identifies opportunities for optimization of web sites, email campaign and SEO/SEM programs
- Develop on-going, and ad-hoc, reports to track key performance metrics
- Develop acquisition, retention, activation, and lead generation suggestions based on analytics data
- Support implementation and customization of third-party analytics software
- Recommend changes to wireframes, concepts and campaign messages based on analytics data
- Direct participation with client projects involving attribution, competitive intelligence, web analytics audit & implementation, and testing & optimization.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors alongside managers for client requests.
- Evaluate current operating processes for continued improvement for both internal and external teams.
- Bachelor’s Degree highly preferred
- Strong Analytical and Logical Reasoning Skills
- 4+ years of experience in Interactive Marketing, Web Metrics Analysis and/or Web Consulting
- Experience managing a small team, helping evaluate and train junior team members, and experience participating in critical decisions around the team’s growth and development
- Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Universal Analytics, Omniture SiteCatalyst
- Advanced Excel skills
- Technical exposure to JavaScript, HTML, CSS
- Strong interpersonal, analytical, project management, and verbal and written communications skills
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks
