THE OPPORTUNITY

As the Inventory Specialist, you will be in charge of checking in and converting products from bulk orders we get from vendors into individual components we ship to customers each day. Our ultimate goal is to ship every order, without error, the same day they are placed by the customer and deliver a WOWexperience. We operate using a Kanban scheduling system that helps us manage what to reorder, when to order it, and how much to order. You will work closely with others in this department and get exposure to how a data driven, customer service oriented fulfillment process works. On a day to day basis, you will inspect and stock inbound shipments using our Kanban system, compile and maintain computerized records of the process on our website, and place orders for packing supplies when necessary. You are the second to last stop before our product gets to the customer, so you will also work closely with our customer success team to create an excellent out-of-the-box experience.

COMPENSATION

$10 per hour, additional benefits include:
