What You’ll Do:
• Be in charge of both commercial and corporate IT functions and services with a specific focus on mission-critical business operations
• Actively contribute to the company IT governance, defining goals, strategies and roadmaps, in compliance with SEC RIA regulatory compliance requirements
• Plan and drive the execution of IT-related projects in alignment with business objectives. You will define and communicate project milestones and service level agreements to executive team, department leads, support staff, and end users
• Design, implement and coordinate all operational and support activities of the IT department
• Develop and review budgets for and from IT department divisions and ensure they comply with stated goals, guidelines, and objectives
• You will evaluate and recommend appropriate technical solutions in the areas of infrastructure and applications, and oversee management of network, security and telecommunications administration. You will direct research on potential technology solutions and implementations in support of new initiatives, opportunities, and procurement efforts
• Oversee provisioning of end-user services, including help desk and technical support services

What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Information Systems; Master's Degree, PMP or ITIL certification preferred
• 10+ years’ experience doing hands-on IT infrastructure, applications, data management work
• 5+ years’ experience with managing diverse and global worldwide based IT staff in a 24/7 follow-the-sun support organization
• 5+ years’ experience in managing IT operations with a specific focus on budget, services design and SLA, security and capacity, 3rd party suppliers worldwide, change control and incident resolution
• 5+ years’ experience in managing corporate IT solutions, tools and services with an outstanding sense of customer service and support
• 5+ years’ experience in large and complex IT projects management such as High Availability (up to five 9s) solutions, Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity Plans set up, DC migrations, Cloud based implementations.
• A history of successful on-time, on-budget applications/technology deployment projects and a proven ability to develop and implement IT policies and procedures
• Strong knowledge of all significant components of IT architecture (infrastructure, applications, data management)
• Proven expertise in IT and Security standards and worldwide regulations
• Ability to conduct and direct research into IT issues and products
• Excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills with the ability to interface with senior-level management and non-technical customers/users
