What You'll Do:

Ensure effective and consistent project management for all the risk management program and all information security projects from initiation through completion.

  • Establish and maintain a standard Project Management approach for information security projects, including the creation, assignment and completion.
  • Lead SOP change requests including: maintaining project plan and project risks, identifying and requesting resources, ensuring team members understand roles and responsibilities, ensuring timely delivery of requests, and functioning as the single point of escalation.  
  • Providing mentoring and guidance to other Project Managers and Business managers.
  • Provide Project Management support for Governance projects including risk management-related processes
  • Contribute Project Management expertise to streamline processes throughout IT.

Key Performance Indicators

  • Timely completion of information security projects
  • Continual maintenances of the risk management processes, and KPIs
Qualifications:

Education (minimum/desirable): University / College degree

Languages: Excellent written and communication skills in English

Experience:

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management in information technology
  • Skills or interests related to information security
  • Skills in working in a distributed matrixed organizational environment
  • Basic knowledge of PII and HIPAA related regulations
  • Strong interpersonal skills and expert team player with demonstrated ability to build collaborative relationships
  • CISSP, CISA or other security certification preferred

Location

We are located in River North just right off the Chicago Brown Line stop. We also provide you with a free shuttle service to/from Ogilvie and Union.
