Key Responsibilities

  • Proactively managing a portfolio of maintenance renewals to drive on-time customer retention and renewal rates

  • Executing all aspects of the sales process including pricing, customer negotiation and contracting processes within our internal CRM

  • Presenting account overviews and product opportunities along with the renewal discussion to identify upsell opportunities and additional opportunities for account growth

  • Following up on identified opportunities from other internal teams within established client accounts to upsell new products

  • Managing multiple renewals at one time

  • Partnering with the Client Success Directors to manage the day-to-day relationships with our customers.

  • Interacting and collaborating with the sales team

  • Building and managing a renewal pipeline and forecasts for these accounts

  • Leveraging team-members and senior staff to support and accelerate the sales process

  • Drafting and delivering proposals

  • Closing sales within defined markets and achieving annual sales targets

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required

  • 2+ years in SaaS renewal/up-sell experience

  • Excellent MS Office skills - PowerPoint, Word, and Excel

  • Ability to manage processes and tasks with minimal support (will be sole person in renewals for a period of time, so management of the process, customers and renewals without administrative support will be a requirement)

  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize many different projects and tasks in a fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter with experience starting and growing teams

  • Team player

  • Experience utilizing Salesforce.com processes for customer engagement and contract processes

  • Effective presentation skills

  • Mature written and verbal communication skills

  • Flexibility, adaptability, and project management skills

  • Positive attitude
