Junior Account Manager
Supply is seeking a Junior Account Manager to work closely with the Midwest team to manage our growing base of Independent Sellers and Parking Operators. Offering an opportunity to gain experience in sales, operations, account management, and shape the future of the company with a new Independent Seller platform! You’ll start by assuming an existing portfolio of independent sellers and some smaller operators with 1-2 locations already on the SpotHero platform. You’ll work with these sellers/operators to make these locations better and expand the relationship within these accounts. You’ll then focus on adding more accounts (new independent sellers and smaller operators) to your portfolio and expanding our relationship within their portfolio.
Who we are: SpotHero is a rapidly growing tech company that’s making life easier for the daily driver. Drivers across the nation use the SpotHero mobile app or website to reserve discounted parking on-the-go or in advance.
What will you do?
Account Management (Farming):
Independent Sellers in Chicago
- Taking over Independent Sellers portfolio for Chicago
- Mediating seller/operator issues
- Answering questions about SpotHero processes
- Explaining control panel
- Improve rates to optimize revenue
- Develop new platform for Independent Sellers
- Work with cross-functional team to create new platform for Independent Sellers
- Product, Supply, Hero’s
- Make the process bigger, better, and easier
- Smaller Chicago Parking Operators
- Taking over an existing portfolio of smaller Chicago parking operators with 1-2 locations on the SpotHero platform
- Working with them directly to optimize their existing locations and adding more of their locations not already on SpotHero
Closing new business with Independent Sellers & New Operators (Hunting)
- Potential New Independent Sellers (private parking spaces) in the Chicago area and eventually nationwide
- Vetting sellers to ensure that they align with our values
- Advising on best price of rates
- Educating leads on how SpotHero works, and why they should list with us

Pre-Requisites:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher
- History of consistent professional growth and advancement
- Track record of using creativity to drive success
