We are currently seeking a hard-working, dedicated Junior Loan Officer to join our innovative and passionate team in Chicago, IL. 

Responsibilities:

Deliver WOW service  Contract to Close

• Lock loan terms
• Send disclosures with updated Needs list
• Get returned within 48 hours
  • Final paperwork received/ Do a QC Review
• Be sure docs received matches checklist
• Organize assets/income
• Mortgage Banker Checklist/Quality Assurance Checklist
• File turned into processing within 24 hours of receipt
  • New contracts – introduction to Real Estate Agents via email
• Email L.O. to do a warm/fuzzy call to both agents

Manage the Pipeline

• Ensure Documents to Closing within 48 hours
• Pipeline meeting weekly with processors
• Pre Close Checklist with Client 48 hours before closing
• TRID guidelines
• Attend closing if LO cannot (15 minutes max)
• Call and get all conditions

Outstanding Tuesday Updates

• Update calls to clients only-LO does the Real Estate Agent updates
• Written update as well as phone call
• Give a clear and thorough update
• Ask them how your service has been
• Ask for a referral
