As a Junior Project Manager at Guaranteed Rate you will be based in our corporate headquarters in Chicago, IL. The ideal person will be someone that is self-starting and very motivated, learns quickly, has previous customer service experience.

RESPONSIBILITIES (May not include all the listed duties, nor do all the listed examples include all tasks which may be found in position)

• Manage multiple projects utilizing strong planning and organizational skills
• Provide ongoing support and maintenance services for all projects
• Ensure projects are completed on-time for key stakeholders
• Work closely with other team members to prioritize projects and tasks
• Create clear status reporting metrics to be sent to management

Education and Training:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Three years or more of relevant work experience
