We are looking for the best and the brightest minds to help us develop new trading strategies, software, and tools in the fast paced, exciting world of options trading. Junior Trader responsibilities include assisting senior traders with model fitting and risk management in an active trading environment, reconciling position with clearing firm and exchange, preparing risk summaries, participating in mock trading and other training sessions, and working on and managing special projects and trading tools.

Requirements:

• Four year degree from top university
• Prefer engineering, mathematics, computer science, and basic science degrees
• Minimum 3.5 GPA
• Strong quantitative skills
• Ability to maintain composure under pressure
• Excellent communication skills
• Experience in intense, team based situations
• Thorough understanding of statistics, computer programming, and software development strongly preferred
• Availability to work 50-60 hours per week with occasional weekends
• Prefer no trading experience
