Our existing product and tools are built in Python using the Django framework and Bootstrap, but you'll have the freedom to use whatever languages, frameworks, libraries, or tools you need to get the job done.

Sample projects:
- Design and maintain inventory and order management systems
- Build and rapidly iterate on interactive prototypes
- Architect and implement data mining opportunities to improve the business
- Interview customers to understand pain points

Must have:
- Proven experience developing web applications
- Great problem-solving skills
- Basic HTML, Javascript, CSS, and JSON skills
- Excellent communication
- Strong desire to learn and use new technology

Nice to have:
- Previous work in E-commerce
- Experience working in a data-driven culture
- Proponent of test-driven development
- Experience in web service/API creation
