Learning Design at eSpark

Outcomes

As a Learning Designer you will be expected to:

  • Pose culturally relevant essential questions
  • Curate content to support 5-8th grade literacy skills
  • Enable students to achieve academically
  • Inspire students in nonacademic skills

 

Qualifications

  • 2-8 years of experience as a classroom teacher, preferably in middle school
  • Experience working with underserved communities
  • Demonstrated success in cultivating students’ growth
  • Experience with teaching and measuring critical thinking skills
