Description

We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to work with our Legal team to assist on litigation and regulatory matters.  Specific responsibilities will include assisting members of the legal team in responding to discovery requests, collecting documents, issuing hold notices, maintaining case files associated with various UpRight Law matters, and generally supporting UpRight Law’s Senior Litigation Counsel and other members of the Legal Department.  We also anticipate that this position will involve the opportunity to support certain corporate functions, including working relating to entity-governance, and maintenance of the firm’s minutes and other records. 

We are looking for a candidate with the following background:

●       A minimum of 2-5 years of litigation paralegal experience in a law firm, with experience in e-discovery, matter management.

●       Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and willingness to take on tasks needed for the support of the lawyers on the team, including non-litigation work.

●       Consumer bankruptcy experience, and other experience in consumer legal services, is preferred but not required.
