WHO ARE YOU
You are an energetic and driven supply chain professional obsessed with efficiency, continuous improvement, and operational excellence. You’ll work Product Hardware, Finance, Accounting and Provider Solutions to ensure our products arrive on time to our members in order to drive impact and action. The Field Operations group is responsible for the warehousing, fulfillment, outbound, and installation of our patient-information devices; managing some of the largest cost lines on our company P&L. As the Logistics Coordinator, it’s essential that you have the drive to troubleshoot customer issues, proactively update Provider Solutions on potential impacts to their business, ensure 100% of all tickets are completed within 24 hours, create reporting on warehousing and logistics SLAs, and identification of potential cost savings projects.
You have a passion for efficiency and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with Six Sigma tools is a plus (1-3 years experience). - Address internal customer concerns by working with internal and supplier resources to measure and eliminate issues.
- Fully understand our shipping process and work with our internal customers to ensure product reaches its destination
- Partner with other Field Operations personnel to develop production plans, SLAs, and reports so that we are able to complete work within 24 hrs of receipt.
- Partner with Field Operations personnel to drive errors, extra cost, lost shipments, damages to 0.
- Cross Train with the Shipping / Receiving coordinator to ensure flawless mailroom operations
- Become power-user of UPS, FedEx systems as well as SNIPE asset management systems
- Ad Hoc logistics / shipping requests as needed
