Manager, Client Operations
- Establishes a broad footprint of relationships within each account and detailed knowledge of strategic priorities, organizational processes, and operational constraints.
- Consistently seeks opportunities to align health system member strategies with digital solutions, ensuring success through adoption, implementation, and scale, in conjunction with selected solution companies.
- Identifies opportunities to serve as matchmaker/connector between the health systems, digital solution companies, and peers. Partners with AVIA Vice Presidents and Directors of Client Operations to source needed information and support from internal AVIA teams.
- Cultivates effective working relationships and strong collaboration with internal AVIA team members to deliver on health system member day-to-day needs and identified strategic opportunities.
- Organizes and plans for health system meetings, phone calls, and onsite visits, working collaboratively to build out agendas, lead follow-ups, and document takeaways.
- Gathers and shares client feedback to contribute to internal product development efforts, AVIA strategic priorities, and increased client satisfaction across AVIA’s portfolio of provider clients.
- Supports and refines standardized account management processes.
- Monitors and tracks progress of client account goals and team goals.
- Bachelor’s degree required
- At least 3-5 years of work experience in consulting, health care management, or equivalent; consultative business development experience preferred.
- Knowledge of health systems and experience working with provider organizations is preferred.
- Comfort working in a rapidly evolving, entrepreneurial environment and dealing with ambiguity is a must.
- Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and build trust with client leaders and other key decision-makers, ranging from senior health care executives to key influencers and other partnership stakeholders.
- Superb problem-solving skills and strong interpersonal skills to effectively address health system needs.
- Proven verbal and written communication skills including the ability to present to internal and external senior management teams.
- Interest and proficiency in understanding digital health technology and venture investment preferred.
- Excellent project management skills and experience.
- Experience in leveraging Salesforce, Evernote, Google Drive, and other digital tools to drive client communication and internal reporting.
- Ability to make short business trips 2-5 times per month and attend evening events is required.
