“Tie-ing” your passion to the opportunity

Reporting directly to the CEO, you will lead a growing team of 6-8 service members in igniting the transformation of our customer service experience and differentiate The Tie Bar from the rest.
Being detail oriented, having an entrepreneurial spirit and positive attitude will drive our service team to the brink of success with every customer interaction. You will help to maximize profitability and work to analyze data, understand trends and develop actionable recommendations. 

With a proven track record of working cross-functionally to increase productivity and drive results. You are an enthusiast for proactively seeing potential problems and being able to organize a successful solution. Drive the team forward through motivation and clear communication in order to best support our growing customer demands. 

Requirements

• 5+ years of work and management experience in customer experience and service roles
• Familiarity and understanding of common online retail customer pain points
• Experience setting up and working with customer experience software tools
