Manager of Sales Operations

Snapsheet is building World Class teams and we are looking to add a Manager of Sales Operations to continue the improvement of our sales productivity and analysis.

Who Are You
The ideal candidate has Sales Ops experience, working in a mid-sized sales-focused company as an analyst or manager and is looking to take the next steps in their career. Ideally you've worked with enterprise sales teams versus transactional or call center sales teams. Your a self starter who can easily take direction on objectives and run with it rather than be given a detailed blueprint to follow, while showing flexibility and responsiveness. You must have experience building and maintaining systems and work flows, consecutively. Experience writing SQL, Salesforce management, and working with large data / data warehouses. Strong Excel skills required.
What You'll Do
- Own all aspects of CRM reporting (Salesforce & related tools) including activity and pipeline reporting
- Work with the data & analytics team to build out reporting and dashboard functionality for management, account managers, and clients
- Work with engineering to develop self-service tools for the sales team & clients
- Create and model variable compensation plans and work with HR, finance, and legal to draft SIP documents
- Manage contract creation with legal, amendments, appendices, training and storage and tracking of documents
- Create sales training plan and content utilizing the training team
- Build and update forecasting models to provide visibility to finance and management
- Target setting for all staff on variable compensation
- Act as primary liaison for operational changes and requirements throughout the rest of the organization
- Manage all vendor sales-related entities (Salesforce, Estimating systems companies, Periscope, etc)
- Work with AMs and CSRs to create and own self-service reporting for Flash, QBR, WBR, etc
- Hire and manage future Sales Operations staff as we expand
- Implement competitions and track SPIFFs as needed
- Work with marketing to implement campaigns and sales collateral
- Work with management & designer to map out, build, and manage sales materials
- Work with internal operations to optimize customer experience and KPIs for each client
- Ad Hoc data analysis & projects
What You Have
- 5+ years of experience
- 3+ years of Sales Operations experience
- College degree (required)
- MBA/Masters (plus)
