What will you be doing?
  • Are you and Salesforce on a first name basis? How about Marketo? Do you send each other birthday cards? If yes, let’s talk. We’re looking for someone who knows Salesforce and Marketo like the back of their two hands and has experience making the systems clap - a chorus of CRM/Email applause, if you will.
  •  You will be key to the continued development of Salesforce and Marketo, making sure that both systems align with a business that has a strong number of inbound leads, SDR sourced accounts, and channel partnership driven opportunities. This role has you partnering with sales and marketing management to make us more efficient/effective by simplifying the sales process through automation and optimization.
  •  Finally, we’re looking for this person to dive into data. To manage and run reports that give sales and marketing insight into the metrics that matter like conversion rates, pipeline trends, and forecasts - at the industry/segment/rep level - and offer up recommendations. To partner with sales leadership when it comes to quota assignment, territory structure, SDR/AE alignment. 
Who are we looking for?
  • Knows Salesforce and Marketo in and out and has the ability to learn what they don’t know in a self-directed manner.
  • Can start a project, run a project, and successfully finish the project. All while juggling a bunch of other demands at the same time.
  • Is analytical and confident enough to question the status quo and ask why. Why are we doing things like this today? And What if: What if we did things like this instead…?
  • Thinks creatively, identifying opportunities for automation and creating processes to support a high-growth business.
  • Is comfortable in the weeds and thinking strategically at 10,000 feet.
  • Who is downright uncomfortable looking at inefficient operations.

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
