About The Position

The Marketing Team at Raise is looking for a Marketing Assistant that has a passion for marketing, promotions, and social media and a knack for analytics. This person will assist in the execution of marketing, promotions, and social media campaigns, from content planning and review to scheduling and reporting. Additionally, this person will be responsible for maintaining the annual merchandising/promotional calendar, including tracking launch dates and reporting on campaign performance.

This role requires an independent self-starter, willing to support the Senior Marketing Manager across a variety of functions. They must be eager to learn and committed to following through.

Responsibilities

• Help the marketing team build strong marketing/promotional plans with established KPIs


• Oversee integrated marketing calendars across relevant channels (email, social, mobile push, display, etc.)


• Report on campaign performance using tools such as GoodData, Google Analytics, ExactTarget and Hootsuite


• Review and schedule social media content across Facebook, Twitter and Instagram


• Work with the Finance team to complete RFPs and award contest winners


• Perform email quality assurance for content accuracy


• Utilize admin tools to set merchandising pages onsite and on the app


• Assist in compiling PowerPoint decks and Google Slides for marketing presentations


• Build, test and schedule surveys for segmented audiences via SurveyMonkey


• Coordinate event logistics including hotel accommodations and shipment of materials


• Assist with any and all additional marketing tasks as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 1-2 years’ experience in marketing, social media or analytics


• Familiarity and competence with a variety of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, etc.) and how they can be best leveraged to drive brand awareness for Raise


• Passionate about building a positive brand reputation with a strong desire to grow our presence on social media


• Attention to detail with outstanding verbal and written communication skills


• Superior organizational and time-management skills, ability to follow-through on tasks


• Positive attitude and passion for Raise
