We are looking for a strong marketer to join our team as our Marketing Campaign Manager.
 
You will manage campaigns (digital and in-person) to support revenue growth in key industries as well as provide the sales team the resources they need to generate more revenue. You’ll have your ear to the ground internally and externally, ensuring that ReviewTrackers is organized, ready and equipped to effectively communicate the benefits of our product across all stages of the buyer’s journey. You’ll also own all of our events, ensuring that we execute flawlessly and generate meaningful sales pipeline with each activation.
 
You’ll work closely with our sales, product marketing, content, demand generation, and communications teams, acting as the point-of-contact and making an impact from day one. 
What you’ll contribute:
  • Create, manage and measure multi-channel campaigns to drive lead acquisition and engagement including: industry-specific campaigns focused on industry-specific pain points and messaging, nurturing campaigns for the different stages of the buyer’s journey and ad hoc campaigns (cross-sell, upsell, etc.)
  • Own competitive intelligence, maintaining internal and external assets with feature and positioning comparisons
  • Create written content to educate sales team and advance deals such as case studies, competitive information fact sheets, product collateral, and custom work
  • Train sales team on best use of marketing and sales enablement materials with weekly meetings and packets of information
  • Manage the sales enablement content repository and ensure that all information is easily and readily accessible at point of need
  • Conduct and report on market research
  • Liaison between Sales, Marketing, and Product teams
What you have:
  • 4+ years of marketing experience – developing demand generation programs proven to generate meaningful pipeline combined with coordinating sales leadership and executive management to define sales support initiatives
  • An appreciation for sales strategy, process and tactics with keen focus on revenue
  • Excellent creative, analytical and strategic thinking skills
  • Seasoned in project management, alignment of multiple functions, ability to work cross functionally
  • Outstanding organizational and prioritization skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Team player with strong interpersonal skills
  • Adept at project management and cross-functional collaboration
  • Thrive in changing environment of a growth-stage company
  • Experience using Marketo and/or other marketing automation tools a plus
  • B2B SaaS marketing experience a plus

Location

Located in The Loop, our Chicago headquarters is a quick walk to public transportation options such as the CTA and Metra. We're close to Millennium Park as well as a variety of trendy restaurants and shopping venues. Our team is mostly remote, but our office is open to local and visiting employees!
