• Lead the design and execution of campaigns focused on inbound and outbound marketing, lead nurturing and sales enablement
• Define campaign objectives and goals, target audiences, messaging and tactics, metrics reporting, supporting the overall marketing and business objective
• Standardize, clean, and upload contact lists within email/marketing automation platforms
• Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to ensure campaigns run optimally
• Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance
• Analyze KPIs and advise the marketing team of opportunities to improve and optimize campaign performance

• Solid campaign management experience and organizational skills

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, and/or marketing
• 3-5 years of experience in developing and managing B2B marketing campaigns
• 2-3 years of experience working with marketing automation platforms such as HubSpot, Pardot, Act-On or MailChimp
• Experience working with web analytics tools such as Google Analytics
