Marketing Campaign Manager
We’re looking for a Marketing Campaign Manager to join Keeper’s Marketing team.
Our customer contact strategy cuts across in-app marketing, email campaigns, and off-site acquisition efforts. You’ll manage a variety of campaigns aimed at existing and prospective Keeper customers. From free users to paying customers to our brand ambassadors, you will own the communications plan to each segment and you’ll work closely with Keeper’s CMO to design campaigns, improve conversions and sales. You’ll showcase your knowledge of customer contact strategies and lifecycle marketing, manage our campaign calendar and play an impactful role on a team at the center of our company’s growth and.
Here’s Some Of The skills We’re Looking For:
- At least 3 years of full time work directly managing customer communications designed to drive sales; preferably to consumers and with an ecommerce goal.
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in Marketing or Business.
- Proven results growing a customer communications plan, layering multiple touch points and seeing sales increase as a result.
- Analytical skills to perform basic and intermediate analysis of campaign data.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and other online analytics/reporting software.
- A creative side to design smart, relevant marketing materials
- An ability to drive business decisions with sound decision making that is backed with data.
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite, specifically advanced understand of Excel.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- A positive mindset, team-oriented, results driven, and organized.

- Have developed customer communication strategies.
- Have owned campaigns from brainstorm, design, development, testing, and execution.
- Can manage optimization of ongoing marketing campaigns and suggest ways to make them better.
- Think and talk extensively about churn, ARPU, active users, conversion and renewals, and A/B testing.
- Are able to develop and optimize tests to isolate key conversion data.
- Have developed conversion funnel tests using A/B and multivariate test methodologies.
- Are great at collaborating cross functionally with with business and technical teams.
