WHO ARE YOU

You have a natural knack to quickly synthesize information and translate to succinct content. You’ll work with the marketing team to develop external communications that captures the voice of the customer and resonates with our physician practice and healthcare system community. You’ll also work closely with the provider solutions leadership team to write internal communications aligned with key business initiatives including weekly and quarterly updates, driving impact and action. As the marketing communications associate, it’s essential that you can write to your audience and understand the different communication requirements from general membership to executives.

You have a passion for bringing stories to life and thrive in a culture of innovation. Experience working with research, following event trends and happening within the healthcare industry is a plus. You are a strong confident communicator, both in person and written, and you are not afraid to ask questions when clarity is needed. You’ll be responsible for managing and executing content for newsletters, case studies and white papers. Additionally, you understand that your role will expose you to internal information and requires the utmost confidentiality.  You’re seeking to drive tangible impact in your next career opportunity.

Qualifications:

  • 5+ years in a marketing role.
  • Exceptional writing, editing and proofreading skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, self-motivated, articulate and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience with Microsoft Office products with strong Word, Excel and PowerPoint knowledge required.
  • Confident in multitasking and delivering projects on or before a deadline (includes strong ability to work under tight deadlines occasionally with limited external input/direction)
  • At ease in ambiguous and rapidly evolving situations
  • Highly collaborative, with a can-do attitude
