 Overview:

Rise Interactive is looking for an experienced Corporate Communications Manager or (Talent Brand Marketing Manager) to lead our internal communication and content strategy. The individual in this role will be responsible for creating, writing, managing, and executing a corporate communications strategy that builds advocacy and engagement among current and potential employees, while ensuring content is consistent in quality, tone and style of the brand, and is properly optimized across all marketing delivery channels. We are looking for a candidate with strong written communication skills and an excellent storytelling ability. The person must possess a strong attention to detail, ability to excel in a fast-paced environment, be service-oriented with a positive attitude towards colleagues, have a strong business acumen, and an ability to achieve deadlines while managing multiple priorities.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide leadership and expertise for internal communications programs including: culture, employee engagement, talent development, and recruitment/retention.
  • Partner with Employee Services (talent acquisition and talent management arms) and subject matter experts to develop a content strategy designed to help reach relevant internal audiences
  • Manage internal communications channels and content creation, including: the company intranet, weekly company-wide meetings, monthly printed newsletter, company email communications
  • Understand personas and align content to each, ensuring messaging is aligned to Rise’s vision and mission
  • Partner with senior leadership to create and deliver relevant information, with clear messaging regarding the direction of the company and key initiatives, when needed
  • Develop measurement and processes that effectively evaluate internal communications programs
  • Support award submission and external content strategy where and when appropriate
  • Perform other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above
  • Manage project plans, setting and achieving deadlines, within budget and scope
  • Ghostwriting
Required Skills:
  • 5+ years of corporate communications experience, at least 2-3 years in marketing or advertising
  • Experience working with, and managing, multiple internal stakeholders to deliver communications on time and on brand
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple deliverables
  • Outstanding communications skills – verbal and written
  • Ability to consolidate complex information into succinct actionable messages
  • Strong proofing/proofreading skills and a dedication to reviewing all work thoroughly for errors/inconsistencies
  • Solid understanding of marketing and advertising principles
  • Extremely ambitious and hardworking; self-motivated
