What you’ll be doing:

• Coordinate with Content Team to align Marketing Team activities on blog, news, and other content releases
• Request links and social media mentions from organizations that are mentioned in our blog and news content
• Reach out to local listings sites (such as local Chambers of Commerce) and request links to our properties
• Work with Communications Manager and utilize outreach platforms such as Buzzstream to manage contacts and discover new partners for linking and other marketing initiatives and campaigns
• Moderate neighborhood, community, and agent reviews as they are received
• Research websites and potential partners to expand linkbuilding efforts
• Monitor web rankings & assist in developing plans to improve rank for targeted keywords
• Analyze our websites and make suggestions for improvements from an SEO perspective
• Perform competitive analysis to ensure organization is staying ahead of competition
• Stay up to date on the latest SEO best practices and trends, and be eager to become an SEO expert
• Responsible for fulfillment of contest prizes and thank you gifts to local business partners
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:

• Proficient with Word, Excel, and Google Analytics preferred (or willing to learn)
  
• Excellent phone and email communication skills a must
• Can multi-task to manage/coordinate multiple initiatives at once
• Must be able to develop relationships with outreach partners
• Can think creatively to generate out of the box ideas
• Proactive in making suggestions for improving organization’s SEO competency
