ABOUT THE ROLE
Seeking an experienced marketing director who can build integrated marketing plans in service of increasing brand awareness and driving customer retention/frequency of purchase. This Director will need to have a proven track record of balancing acquisition marketing with brand marketing. The ability to manage and develop a team will be a critical piece of this role.
Responsibilities
- Develop integrated marketing plans inclusive of offline and online channels to increase brand awareness and drive demand. Work with team to implement.
- Partner closely with internal creative agency to align creative application to marketing goals.
- Manage external media buying agencies.
- Determine appropriate KPIs of marketing plans and align them effectively to business goals.
- Understand emerging media channels and position or develop products appropriately
- Serve as an expert and brand ambassador
- Develop budgets to support strategy and be accountable for budget goals
- Manage team and help develop employee skills
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required
- Minimum 7 years of direct marketing, advertising and brand management experience
- Expert knowledge of all paid media and marketing platforms
- Experience building and executing content marketing partnerships
- Experienced in the digital space and with emerging channels of sale
- Able to make data-driven decisions and recommendations
- Ability to manage and motivate a team
- Excellent communication/interpersonal skills, including both written & verbal skills
- Proficiency in Outlook, Microsoft Word, Excel, and Power Point
